Why confirm ownership

Confirmation proves the server is really yours and unlocks the features made for owners.

How to confirm ownership

  1. 1

    Generate a token

    Press the button and copy the token — it is a unique code we use to check that the server is under your control.

    The token is valid for 24 hours. If ownership is not confirmed in time, generate a new one.

  2. 2

    Add the token to the server description

    Paste the copied token into the server description in your game server settings and apply the changes.

    The token can be placed anywhere in the description — it only has to appear in full and unchanged.

  3. 3

    Wait for confirmation

    We will find the token during the next server data refresh and confirm ownership — after that the token can be removed from the description.

    Server data is refreshed every 1 to 30 minutes, the ownership status will update automatically.

Ownership can also be confirmed manually on a case-by-case basis — contact us via the ticket system or email rustexplore@gmail.com.
