Then came the correction that matters on Geekings: 'that's my farm base.' So yes, there was action, but it had that very Geekings mix of pressure and familiarity rather than full server meltdown. After that, the island mostly settled into its usual split mood: people at base, people out farming, everyone acting like explosives definitely aren’t piling up for a reason. The public chatter was better than the gunfire anyway. Morning chat got hijacked by Elden Ring nonsense when dragonfists started the bit and Götterkrieg landed the line of the day with 'MIQUELLA MY FEMBOY'. Completely useless. Perfectly on brand. dragonfists also spent a good chunk of the day being the server handyman, talking through the workbench update and offering help instead of hoarding it. 'i can craft if any1 want' is about as Geekings as it gets. Even the car-chassis confusion turned into a group troubleshooting session instead of the usual Rust answer, which is somebody laughing and leaving you to suffer. The evening was lighter. Lylat and Heracles had a friendly little post-loot exchange, with Lylat admitting it was mostly curiosity and luck, and Heracles taking it well.
